// Delusionist

DELUSIONIST: For every bard whose thunderous storytelling can cause the heavens to shake, for every minstrel whose tragic song can make statues weep, for every poet whose silver tongue can spin stories that would entertain courtly noble for night after night, there are at least ten thousand who are tragically impaired in the art of story, song, rhyme or reason.

Generally, those less talented at the finer arts are aware of that they are deficient in some respect and leave the creative weaving to their betters. Yet every now and then, a tragic figure will emerge, so convinced of his or her own artistic genius, that no amount of head pounding or rotten tomatoes will dispel his or her self-imposed illusions. These are the delusionists, a practised band of bards, that leave trails of enemies, terrified, or at least extremely embarrassed, in their wake. While they are limited in their ability to handle offensive combat, they make up for it with their offensive song. Delusionists are also highly dextrous and curiously resistant to all forms of projectile weapons and, unfortunately, attempts to silence them.

Delusionists are always lawful and may not be evil. At least, not intentionally so.

Advantages:
-  +1 to dexterity
- 100% resistance to missile weapons
- Resistant to Silence and all silencing spells
- No minimum limit to charisma
- Delusionist's song does not help allies. Instead it affects all enemies within 30 feet, and they must save vs magic at +4 per round, or become affected by emotion. There is a 5% chance per round that an enemy will become affected by enfeeblement.

Disadvantages:
- Maximum Charisma is 3 points lower than a standard member of the race
- Maximum Wisdom is 3 points lower han a standard member of the race
